Loan for the purchase of commercial real estate
- Financing to purchase or refinance commercial or industrial properties.
- The terms could be up to 25 years of amortization with maturities every 5, 7 or 10 years (Balloon).
- 15-year fixed-term financing with variable interest rate reviewed every 5 years.
- Loan up to a maximum of 75% Loan-to-Value
- Repayment of this loan comes from a business's ability to generate sufficient cash flow to meet its obligations.
Collateralized term loan
- Financing of real estate assets such as equipment, machinery and vehicles that are needed to operate businesses.
- Minimum amount of $50,000
- Up to a maximum Loan-to-Value of 80%
- The loan requires a monthly repayment of principal and interest. This repayment comes from a business's ability to generate enough cash flow to meet its obligations.
Promissory note or short-term notes
- Short-term loan for needs such as working capital, payroll or for the payment of short-term obligations.
- Term of 90 days extendable to 180 days under certain conditions.
- Does not require monthly principal payment until maturity
- Payment of interest only monthly and the principal when due
Commercial Credit Lines
- With multiple purposes for business operation
- From $25,000 and up
- 12-month term, renewable on similar terms (subject to credit approval)
- Fixed interest for a term of 12 months
- Only payment of interest monthly with a requirement (rotation) to repay the principal owed prior to maturity
- Depending on the amount requested, mortgage collateral may be required.
- Simple activation without prior approval requirement up to the maximum approved limit
Investment properties
- Financing to acquire residential properties that are not the partner's primary or secondary residence.
- Term up to 15 years
- Single-family properties for rent
- Multifamily properties of 5 units or more
SBA 504 Loans
- Business loan program exclusively for small and medium-sized businesses insured by the Federal Small Business Administration
- For Individuals or Corporations
- SBA 504 loan program that allows financing for the purchase of a commercial property, including equipment, machinery and property improvements up to a maximum of 90% of the total project with a minimum contribution of 10%.
- “Balloon” Loan with amortization up to 25 years for monthly payment and a maturity term of 10 years.
- Subject to SBA approval, certain restrictions apply.
Commercial Loan for Photovoltaic Equipment
Commercial Renewable Energy Equipment Financing Loan, intended to help businesses finance solar energy systems, including solar electric (photovoltaic) and solar thermal systems to reduce the burden of energy costs.
- Amortization up to 15 years with variable interest reviewed every 5 years. Certain restrictions apply depending on the amount to be financed
- Financing up to 90% of the cost with a minimum down payment of 10%
