If you are not a federal employee and you are not a member of the list of entities provided above, don’t worry!

We have several options, so you can become a member of Caribe Federal. You just have to meet one of these requirements:

  1. Be a member of the San Juan Art Students League or the San Juan Community Library – With your contribution of $35 you can enjoy all our products and services.
  2. Have a family member who is a federal employee – This includes: spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, stepchild and step-father relationships.
  3. Be a co-owner of a Joint Account – The owner of this account has access to the total amount of money in deposit and
agrees to share all the funds. Being a co-owner does not constitute a membership of the
Cooperative. When possible, the co-owners must be supported to open their own
accounts. Only then will they benefit from all our services and products.
  4. Be part of a Corporate Account – Since we also offer our services to businesses and corporations, organizations within
our membership area can open accounts in the Caribe Federal.
