To comply with recent privacy and data security requirements from the Google Play Store, Caribe Federal Credit Union now offers members the option to request the deletion of their accounts from the Caribe Mobile app and the associated data.
If you would like to request the deletion of your account and related data, please send us an email at caribeonlinedelete@caribefederal.com with the following information:
- Subject: Delete Caribe Mobile App Account
- A valid phone number where we can contact you.
- Member Number
- First and Last Name
- Reason for wanting to delete the account
A representative will contact you to confirm and process your request.
Important Notes:
- Once the request is completed, all data from our Caribe Online and Mobile systems will be permanently deleted and will no longer be accessible.
- This process does not constitute a password change. If you need assistance because you cannot access your account, please use the "forgot password" link on the Caribe Online page.
- Although your access account will no longer exist in the Caribe Mobile app, the transaction history will continue to be securely stored in our main system while the member account remains open.
