College Fund & Retirement Loan

A loan to acquire a college or retirement fund program guaranteed with investments.

  • Enjoy a low 2.75% interest rate over a 5 year Share Certificate.
  • The maximum amount will be the invested amount in the college or retirement fund program.
  • The Collateral will be 100% of the amount invested with 5% of collateral shares and 95% of the amount invested with 5% down payment.
  • This fund program can last up to 5 years, with amortization terms of 7 or 10 years. It will depend on the college or retirement fund program selected, with a balloon payment on the last month of the loan.
